Ron is one of the founding volunteers of Vibha and has been with Vibha since 1991. He is the President of Vibha Inc. Ron has also played an active role at other non-profits including Habitat for Humanity, The American Red Cross and Missionaries of Charity. He has over 20 years of expertise and experience in social change causes. He is also a technology entrepreneur based in silicon valley, California, working on next generation wireless technologies. Ron is also an active yogi, a certified yoga instructor, and enjoys mountain biking in the California mountains.

Vijay works at Equifax Inc. in Atlanta as a Software Engineer. He has been a volunteer of Vibha since 1993 and has played a critical role in the growth of the Organization on several fronts. Over the years Vijay has been instrumental in forming the National Vibha Volunteer Network and starting the Atlanta Action Center. He is also a key member of the Projects Selection Committee. He holds a Doctorate in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India.

Ganesh is a Product Marketing Manager in the PC-Clients Group at Intel Corp in Santa Clara. As an active volunteer of Vibha from 1997 to 2006, Ganesh organized several Fundraiser events, coordinated the Bay Area Action Center and later volunteered on the National Executive Team as Director of Fundraising. Ganesh earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University in 1996 and an MBA (PGPX) from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) in 2009. Ganesh enjoys Bollywood Karaoke singing and also playing, watching and endlessly discussing Cricket.

Rajesh Haridas works at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer. He has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2001. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. Rajesh is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Vibha globally. He is also responsible for developing plans and budgets for the organization, overseeing project disbursals and interactions with the entire Vibha Volunteer community.

Murthy is a Vibha volunteer since 2011. He works as a Research Associate at S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. He dreams of eradicating poverty and believes that this can be achieved through educating the underprivileged children. He also volunteers his time for North South Foundation and local schools. He completed his B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from IIT Bombay, M.S. (Chemical Engineering) from University of Toledo and a Ph.D (Engineering) from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Among other things, he likes running. He currently lives with his family in Racine, Wisconsin. As the Director of Projects, he is responsible for project selection, funding, execution and monitoring of Vibha funded projects.

Srinivas is an independent software consultant. He completed his primary education in a government school system in India, and obtained his Ph.d in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Bombay. A volunteer with Vibha since 1998, Srinivas has been very active in fund raising through sponsorships and pledges over the years. He has been the lead for Vibha Cricket several times, and for the Atlanta Dream Mile in 2010.

The charter of the Volunteer Relations team is to enable, through volunteering, Vibha's mission of "empowering" individuals to effect positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children. As the Director of Volunteer Relations, Srinivas is responsible for building and implementing strategies at the national level, for Volunteer Management & Recruitment, and enhancing the volunteering experience at Vibha.

Kannan started volunteering for Vibha in 2009 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from the Cochin University of Science & Technology . He is based out of Atlanta, Georgia where he works as an independent IT Consultant specialized in project management and process improvement. As the director of the Fundraising Events team, he is responsible for ensuring that Vibha's fundraising targets are being met. He is responsible for defining Vibha's fundraising strategy and executing it in conjunction with Vibha Action Centers across North America.Under his leadership, the fundraising team also explores new fundraising avenues and opportunities to optimize existing operational processes.

Arvind is a Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota and has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2009. Arvind holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Madras and a Masters degree from the University of Minnesota. When not working on Vibha's incessant IT infrastructure needs, Arvind follows his passion for outdoor activities like off-road motorcycling, hiking and skiing.

Sneha works as a Network Engineering Manager for AT&T in Los Angeles, CA. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Sneha is responsible for managing the Fundraising Programs team. The charter of this team is to generate monetary resources through recurring programs such as Adopt a Project, Change for Children, Help Them Grow Automated Donation Program, Vibha Beneficiary Program, and Partnerships with Foundations/Corporations. Sneha has been volunteering with Vibha since 2007. Prior to assuming the responsibility of managing the Programs team, Sneha was ACC for the Los Angeles AC for 3 years.

Jaimin started volunteering for Vibha in 2008 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Georgia State University. He is based out of Atlanta, GA where he works as a Sales Engineer for VeriFone. As the Director of Marketing, he is responsible for defining Vibha's marketing strategy and executing it in conjunction with Vibha Action Centers across North America. Under his leadership, the National Marketing team will explore new marketing avenues and opportunities to raise awareness about the plight of underprivileged children and increasing the visibility of Vibha's efforts.

Ashwini started volunteering for Vibha with the Atlanta action center in 2002. As an active volunteer until 2006 he played a key role in organizing several fundraiser events. He also led the Vibha-Georgia Tech group and was instrumental in growing the volunteer base and increasing the support from various student organizations there for Vibha's activities. Currently he manages all communications with Vibha-patrons and is responsible for growing the patron base.He holds a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and works at Praxair Inc. in Buffalo as a Research Engineer.

In his role as Vibha's manager for administration, he is responsible for Vibha's financial management and accounting, receipting and a wide variety of other administrative tasks that ensure Vibha's ability to effectively execute on the mission and vision.
