Ron is one of the founding volunteers of Vibha and has been with Vibha since 1991. He is the President of Vibha Inc. Ron has also played an active role at other non-profits including Habitat for Humanity, The American Red Cross and Missionaries of Charity. He has over 20 years of expertise and experience in social change causes. He is also a technology entrepreneur based in silicon valley, California, working on next generation wireless technologies. Ron is also an active yogi, a certified yoga instructor, and enjoys mountain biking in the California mountains.

Vijay works at Equifax Inc. in Atlanta as a Software Engineer. He has been a volunteer of Vibha since 1993 and has played a critical role in the growth of the Organization on several fronts. Over the years Vijay has been instrumental in forming the National Vibha Volunteer Network and starting the Atlanta Action Center. He is also a key member of the Projects Selection Committee. He holds a Doctorate in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India.

Rajesh Haridas works at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer. He has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2001. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. Rajesh is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Vibha globally. He is also responsible for developing plans and budgets for the organization, overseeing project disbursals and interactions with the entire Vibha Volunteer community.

Vinita had worked for three years with CRY- Child Relief and You (then) as a Manager-Corporate Partnership. She received a Ph.D in Marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta and is workings as Marketing Professor at North Georgia College and State University near Atlanta. She has been a volunteer in Vibha, primarily in the project selection team, since 2005.

Ashish works as a Project Manager with Infosys Technologies at Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2007. He established the Vibha Action Center at Milwaukee, WI and served as it's Coordinator for two years. Under his leadership, Milwaukee became one of the fastest growing Action Centers, which today boasts of a terrific team that has over 25 committed volunteers. As the Director of Volunteer Relations, he is responsible for building and implementing strategies for Volunteer Management & Recruitment nationally, and enhancing the volunteering experience at Vibha. The charter of the Volunteer Relations team is to enable Vibha's mission of "empowering" individuals to effect positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children through volunteering.

Kannan started volunteering for Vibha in 2009 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from the Cochin University of Science & Technology . He is based out of Atlanta, Georgia where he works as an independent IT Consultant specialized in project management and process improvement. As the director of the Fundraising Events team, he is responsible for ensuring that Vibha's fundraising targets are being met. He is responsible for defining Vibha's fundraising strategy and executing it in conjunction with Vibha Action Centers across North America.Under his leadership, the fundraising team also explores new fundraising avenues and opportunities to optimize existing operational processes.

Arvind is a Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota and has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2009. Arvind holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Madras and a Masters degree from the University of Minnesota. When not working on Vibha's incessant IT infrastructure needs, Arvind follows his passion for outdoor activities like off-road motorcycling, hiking and skiing.

Sneha works as a Network Engineering Manager for AT&T in Los Angeles, CA. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Sneha is responsible for managing the Fundraising Programs team. The charter of this team is to generate monetary resources through recurring programs such as Adopt a Project, Change for Children, Help Them Grow Automated Donation Program, Vibha Beneficiary Program, and Partnerships with Foundations/Corporations. Sneha has been volunteering with Vibha since 2007. Prior to assuming the responsibility of managing the Programs team, Sneha was ACC for the Los Angeles AC for 3 years.

Balaji works as an Integration Architect with TIBCO Software in the Bay Area. He has been volunteering with Vibha since 2005. Balaji holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Kerala. Balaji is responsible for managing the overall marketing effort for Vibha. The National Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness about the plight of underprivileged children and increasing the visibility of Vibha's efforts through various media channels.

Sowmita Narayanan has been a volunteer with the Vibha Houston Action Center since its inception in 2007 in the Houston area. She was the Action Center Coordinator of Houston in 2008. Being an ACC, she led the SPB & Chitra concert that not only set a benchmark for local fundraising, but exposed the hidden potential of enthusiastic Vibha houston AC volunteers, both locally and nationally. In 2010, she was the Design Lead for the vibha national Patron Relations team and was instrumental in creating artifacts for annual patron appreciation and communications. An engineer by profession, Sowmita currently resides in the greater Houston area with her loving husband and their adorable 3-year old daughter. She is also a budding hindustani vocalist and an amateur in oil-painting.

In his role as Vibha's manager for administration, he is responsible for Vibha's financial management and accounting, receipting and a wide variety of other administrative tasks that ensure Vibha's ability to effectively execute on the mission and vision.
